During 2020 and the early months of 2021, I immersed myself in studying painting techniques via online workshops, instructional video tapes, online critiques and zoom meetings. I also studied and researched painting techniques of many accomplished western painters whose paintings I admire. It was time well spent in light of Covid restrictions and cancellations of established shows and in person workshops.
During this time construction also began on a dedicated Art Studio. The Art Studio is nearly finished with just a few minor things to be completed. Recently, I moved into the studio and started spring painting with passion and delight after such a long pause from putting actual brush to canvas. My hope is to teach classes and share studio space with other artists. Studio pictures to follow soon.
